This product is suitable for the soft finishing of polyester, wool acrylic, sheep wool, cashmere and other chemical fiber threads and fabrics. It has a very good hand feeling on feather fleece, coral fleece, and polyester blankets.
Instructions:
1. Dipping process: dosage 20-50g/L, setting 120-180℃, 50 seconds.
2. Dipping process: dosage 3-5% (O.W.F) temperature 30-50℃, time 20-30 minutes, dehydration, drying 100℃.
Please adjust the specific process as appropriate through the sample.
3. It is recommended to use XL-40 or XL-50 as emulsifier. When emulsifying, follow the silicone oil: emulsifier=3:1, the weight of the oil, plus 5 points of glacial acetic acid.
