Performance characteristics:

After baking, it can form a lake with the dye inside the fiber, making the adhesion of the dye on the fiber stronger. The product has a soft hand feel, a smaller color, and can significantly improve dry and wet rubbing fastness, of which wet rubbing fastness can be improved to level 1 to 2.

Scope of application:
It is suitable for the fixing and finishing of vulcanized, reactive, direct, vat dyes and paint dyed fabrics.

Recommended process:
(1) Pad-rolling process
1. Prescription enhancer 30~~60g/L Glacial acetic acid 2-8g/L
2. Color cloth after process dyeing (PH value ≤ 7) → two dips and two pads (dipping liquid temperature 20~25℃, rolling liquid rate 70%~~80%)→drying (100~120℃)→baking is more effective good.

Chemical material regulations:
1. Measure the water in the chemical tank and heat it to 20℃~30℃;
2. Add a metered amount of nano-fixing agent, in the form of an emulsion;
3. Add appropriate amount of glacial acetic acid to adjust the PH value of 4~5 with a little stirring.
Remarks: After preparation, the working fluid is in the form of a translucent emulsion at 20~30℃, and the nanomaterials can exert the maximum effect. Since the specific gravity of the lifting agent is larger than that of water, it can be agitated appropriately, preferably without foam. The specific process, prescription and applicability should be adjusted by the user after testing and samples.

(2) Dipping process
(1) Prescription enhancer 4%~8% (o.w.f)

(2) Process: Add water according to the bath ratio of 1:10, stir while heating up to about 25°C, then add lifter (4%-8%) and glacial acetic acid (2%), stir slightly, and put in the specified amount The fabric, keep the temperature, agitate for 20-30 minutes. Dehydration, drying and baking are more effective. For small batch and high-demand fabrics, the dosage can be increased (12% to 16%), using the jig dyeing process, rolling three times, adding nano-fixing agent enhancer in three times, and then drying, baking and setting.

(3) Environmental protection and energy saving technology

Packaging, storage and transportation:
Packed in 25kg plastic drum, sealed and stored for one year at room temperature, and transported as non-dangerous goods.
