All-Purpose Formaldehyde Free Fixing Agent HN-860

·Wide application: A cationic polymer fixing agent with excellent fixing performance. Suitable for fixing pure cotton, T/R, nylon/cotton, acrylic/cotton, and polyester/cotton blended fabrics with outstanding results. Also provides certain fixing effects on pure polyester and pure nylon fabrics.

·Good fixing fastness: No dye bleeding in the bath after fixing; does not alter the fabric color.

·Fabrics after fixing are more hydrophilic compared to traditional fixing agents, do not affect hand feel, and are easy to strip.

·Formaldehyde-free, belonging to green and environmentally friendly auxiliaries.

·Can be used in both exhaust and padding processes; simple operation and wide application range.

[1. Pure Cotton Fabric]

·Padding process: 10–50 g/L, one dip one nip, drying at 130–170°C for 100–120 seconds.

·Exhaustion process: 1–5% (o.w.f.), 40–55°C for 10–20 minutes, then dehydrate and dry.

[2. Polyester/Cotton Blends, Nylon/Cotton, T/R, Polyester/Cotton Interwoven Fabrics]

It is recommended to select the appropriate dosage based on the polyester/cotton ratio. If the polyester content is high, reduce the dosage appropriately (higher dosage may reduce fastness). If the cotton content is high, increase the fixing agent dosage appropriately to achieve good fixing效果.

Padding process: 10–50 g/L, one dip one nip, drying at 130–170°C for 100–120 seconds.

Exhaustion process: 1–5% (o.w.f.), 40–55°C for 10–20 minutes, then dehydrate and dry.

Specific dosage can be adjusted according to actual conditions.

[3. Acrylic/Cotton Blended Fabrics]

This product also provides certain improvement for acrylic/cotton blended fabrics. Recommended dosage 1–5%.

·Exhaustion process: 1–5% (o.w.f.), 40–55°C for 10–20 minutes, then dehydrate and dry.

[4. Pure Polyester and Pure Nylon Fabrics]

·Padding process: 10–30 g/L, one dip one nip, drying at 130–170°C for 100–120 seconds.

·Exhaustion process: 1–3% (o.w.f.), 40–55°C for 10–20 minutes, then dehydrate and dry.

Specific dosage can be adjusted according to actual conditions. The above methods are for reference only. Adjust according to actual factory processes. This product can also be diluted for use; adjust the dilution ratio according to actual requirements.

·Packaged in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic liner, 125 kg per drum.
