High-Concentration Polyester Repair Agent RY-1300

Polyester Repair Agent is a dyeing auxiliary with excellent retarding and leveling properties for disperse dyes. RY-1300 has excellent dispersing properties, evenly dispersing dyes in the working solution to ensure uniform color application. It has strong stripping and migration properties, good water solubility, and does not cause adverse effects such as dye spots.

I. Super strong migration property, effectively repairing various shade unevenness problems on polyester and its blended fabrics after dyeing.
II. Virtually no effect on shade after rework.
III. Can be used as a high-temperature leveling agent after dilution.
IV. APEO-free, low odor, easy to wash off.

Suitable for rework dyeing of polyester, polyester/cotton, wool/polyester blends, and package yarn.

For rework of polyester, follow conventional processes.
Dosage: 1.0–2.0% (based on fabric weight)
Dyeing temperature: 115–130°C
Bath ratio: 1:10–30
Holding time: 30–60 minutes

125 kg plastic drum or as customer requested. Shelf life at room temperature: over 12 months.
