High Concentration Wool Leveling Agent

1.RY-1310 is non-ionic under alkaline and neutral conditions, and cationic under acidic conditions. It has excellent emulsifying and leveling properties and is stable to acids, alkalis, and hard water. Under alkaline and neutral conditions, it can be mixed with other ionic types.

2. This product has affinity for both dyes and fibers and is suitable for dyeing with wool reactive dyes. When used with wool reactive dyes, the fixation rate, various color fastness, and leveling properties are equivalent to those of imported leveling agents.

3. When used at higher concentrations on silk, wool, linen, and synthetic fibers, it acts as an ideal stripping agent. When used as a leveling agent for acid complex dyes, it can reduce the dosage of sulfuric acid and minimize fiber strength damage.

4. Provides stripping and leveling effects on nylon and wool fabrics. Improves abrasion fastness of fabrics in naphthol dyeing and printing.

1. For wool reactive dyeing: RY-1310 dosage 0.5–1.5%

2. For mordant dyeing: RY-1310 dosage 0.3–0.5%

3. For weak acid dyeing: RY-1310 dosage 0.5–0.7%

4. For 1:1 metal complex dyeing: sulfuric acid dosage can be reduced by approximately 50%; RY-1310 dosage 1.5%

5. For 1:2 metal complex dyeing: RY-1310 dosage 1%

125 kg plastic drum packaging. Store and transport as general chemicals. Store in a dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf life: one year.
