Acrylic Leveling Agent is a retarding agent specially designed for dyeing acrylic fabrics. It has good retarding and leveling properties, prevents cationic dyes from dyeing too quickly and unevenly, produces low foam, and also imparts good softness and antistatic properties to acrylic fabrics.

1. Acrylic Leveling Agent is soluble in water and general organic solvents. It has excellent dye dispersion properties, good initial retarding properties, and good synchronous dye uptake characteristics.
2. In the textile and dyeing/printing industry, it is used as a high-temperature, high-pressure dispersion leveling agent for acrylic fibers. Suitable for rapid dyeing processes.
3. Maintains dyeing under acidic conditions in the dye bath, effectively avoiding shade deviation on the fabric surface caused by hydrolysis of sensitive dyes.
4. Contains no solvents or carrier components, helping to improve the working environment. Suitable for high-temperature deep dyeing of acrylic as well as high-temperature light dyeing requiring warm tones.
In general industry, it is used as a component in detergents.
This product is used for high-temperature dyeing of acrylic fabrics. Follow conventional processes.
