Moisture-Wicking Finishing Agent (Low Viscosity)

1. Imparts moisture-wicking and antistatic properties to synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon.
2. Good water dispersibility, stability, and miscibility; compatible with other non-ionic and anionic auxiliaries.
3. Strong affinity for synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, spandex, and polypropylene.
4. Imparts durable, wash-resistant fluffy, soft, stiff, and elastic hand feel to fabrics, providing a comfortable, full hand feel, good breathability, and excellent wrinkle recovery.
5. Easy to use; suitable for both padding and exhaustion processes.

Suitable for durable moisture-wicking finishing of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, and polypropylene.

Can be used in both exhaustion and padding processes.
I. Exhaustion process: 0.5–1.5% (on fabric weight)
First, add the diluted moisture-wicking agent to the dyeing machine, run for 10 minutes at 40°C, add acetic acid to adjust pH to 5, heat up to 50°C, add dyes, run for 10 minutes at 50°C, then raise temperature for dyeing (control temperature at 110–135°C).
II. Padding process: 10–30 g/L
Precautions:
1. Heat setting temperature should be controlled at 145–185°C.
2. The pH of the dye liquor or pad liquor should be controlled at 4–9.
3. Add the product at a temperature below 45°C.
