Moisture-Wicking Finishing Agent (Easy-Soluble)

1. This product is a polyester/polyether copolymer.

2. Compared to traditional polyester/polyether products, the hand feel is significantly improved, especially in terms of fluffiness and smoothness.

3. High temperature resistance: does not separate above 100°C; aqueous solution is very stable.

4. Extremely easy to dilute – dissolves in half an hour at temperatures above 50°C; can be made into a high-concentration dilution (≥ 40%);It has good wash resistance.

5. Can be compounded with silicone oil; smoothness is not affected and hydrophilicity is improved, enhancing the fabric's wearability.

This product truly provides moisture-wicking performance on cotton, polyester, nylon, and their blended fabrics. Particularly suitable for synthetic fiber fabrics.

Can be used in both exhaustion and padding processes.
I. Exhaustion process: 0.5–1.5% (on fabric weight)
First, add the diluted moisture-wicking agent to the dyeing machine, run for 10 minutes at 40°C, add acetic acid to adjust pH to 5, heat up to 50°C, add dyes, run for 10 minutes at 50°C, then raise temperature for dyeing (control temperature at 110–135°C).
II. Padding process: 10–30 g/L
Precautions:
1. Heat setting temperature should be controlled at 145–185°C.
2. The pH of the dye liquor or pad liquor should be controlled at 4–9.
3. Add the product at a temperature below 45°C.

Transport as general chemical goods.
Storage stability: Storage conditions: temperature ≤ 20°C, relative humidity < 40%. Shelf life: one year.
