LT Catalase 50L is a high-concentration industrial-grade liquid catalase enzyme produced by deep fermentation of genetically modified Aspergillus niger.
This enzyme rapidly decomposes hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen. In textile wet processing, catalase has become the preferred method for removing residual hydrogen peroxide. The enzyme and its decomposition products have no effect on subsequent dyeing processes or quality.

LT Catalase 50L is the preferred product for removing residual bleaching agents, used after bleaching and before dyeing, because reactive dyes are very sensitive to residual hydrogen peroxide and reducing agents. This process offers dyeing safety, easy process control, a wide pH and temperature application range, and remains effective even at high hydrogen peroxide concentrations.

This enzyme is suitable for exhaustion processes using jet dyeing machines, winches, overflow machines, package yarn dyeing machines, jig dyeing machines, and other equipment.
Traditional Method for Removing Residual Hydrogen Peroxide:
Bleaching → Washing (with reducing agent) → Draining → Washing → Dyeing
Recommended Method for Removing Residual Hydrogen Peroxide with LT Catalase 50L:
LT Catalase 50L not only effectively removes hydrogen peroxide but also shortens the process steps.
Bleaching → Washing (with LT Catalase 50L) → Dyeing
Easily achieve bleaching removal and fabric preparation for dyeing through the following steps:
1.Drain the bleaching solution.
2.Add the amount of water required for subsequent dyeing (preferably at the temperature and bath ratio suitable for dyeing).
3.Adjust pH to 4–9 and temperature to below 65°C.
4.Add 0.2–0.3 g/L of LT Catalase 50L and begin treatment. After 8–10 minutes, check the residual hydrogen peroxide in the solution. If still present, continue treatment for another 5–10 minutes and check again.
5.Once all hydrogen peroxide in the solution has been removed, dyeing can be carried out in the same bath.

LT Catalase 50L is available in 30 kg drums.
Storage
To ensure product shelf life, the hydrogen peroxide removing enzyme should be stored sealed at 25°C (77°F) or lower in a cool, dark environment. Storage at high temperatures or in humid conditions will result in loss of enzyme activity.
Safety and Enzyme Management
Avoid inhalation of enzyme dust or mist. In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water for at least 15 minutes.
