Soft & Elastic Silicone Oil HN-2750

Soft & Elastic Silicone Oil HN-2750 is a high-content terblock copolymer silicone oil. It is suitable for all-cotton knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, denim, N/R or T/R roman fabrics, wool, and blended fabrics. It imparts excellent fullness, thickness, fineness, smoothness, and outstanding elasticity to fabrics. It has excellent compatibility and can be formulated into fabric finishing agents with different hand feel styles and application stability through flexible emulsification methods.

Emulsification Process:
1. Add HN-2750, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and our emulsifier to the emulsification kettle. Stir for 10 minutes.
2. Add glacial acetic acid, stir for 15–20 minutes, then slowly add water, keeping the emulsion and water well mixed at all times.
3. When the system becomes thin from thick, appropriately increase the water addition valve. After all water is added, continue stirring until no particles remain.
4. Stop and test the emulsion. Adjust pH to around 6.0. Filter through 200-mesh filter cloth and package.
Precautions: Use the emulsion as soon as possible after opening the package. After opening, seal the packaging.

Usage and Dosage
·Recommended dilution ratio: 1:10
·Padding process: 15–30 g/L
·Exhaustion process: 3.0–5.0% (o.w.f.)
Please adjust the specific process through trial runs as appropriate.

120 kg plastic drum. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, dry environment, not exceeding 40°C. Shelf life: 12 months.
