Hydrophilic Stiff & Smooth Silicone Oil HN-9503

· Particularly stiff, smooth, hydrophilic, and moisturizing hand feel.
· Excellent stability; good resistance to acids, alkalis, heat, and electrolytes.
· Very good hydrophilicity; allows rework.
· Flexible oil-to-emulsifier ratio allows different hand feel styles.

Emulsification ratio can be 10:1 (oil:emulsifier). Use emulsifiers TO7:TO5 = 1:1. Add 2% glacial acetic acid based on the crude oil amount.
Emulsification recommendations:
① Crude oil emulsified at 10:1 ratio gives a stiff, smooth, moisturizing hand feel with slightly slower hydrophilicity compared to solvent-added emulsification.
② Add solvent to crude oil to 70% content (recommended solvent: diethylene glycol monobutyl ether), then emulsify at 10:1 ratio. The hand feel will be even stiffer, smoother, and drier than direct emulsification, with slightly faster hydrophilicity than without solvent.

Application Method
1. Recommended dosage:
a) Padding process: 30–150 g/L
b) Drying temperature: 170°C × 90–120 seconds
c) Exhaustion process: 3–5% (o.w.f.)

2. Customers may adjust the dosage appropriately according to their hand feel requirements.
