Hydrophilic Soft & Smooth Silicone Oil HN8686 is a new generation hydrophilic silicone softener. In addition to providing soft and smooth hand feel, it also imparts excellent hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, and stain resistance to fabrics, greatly improving the wearability of textiles. It is particularly suitable for hydrophilic softening finishing of pure cotton, polyester/cotton blends, pure cotton underwear, towels, wool blends, and other fabrics.

1. Excellent hydrophilic finishing effect, improving textile wearability and providing comfortable wearing sensation.
2. Provides soft and smooth hand feel similar to conventional amino silicone oils.
Minimal impact on fabric whiteness and shade.
3. If dyed fabrics need to be re-dyed after finishing, they can be re-dyed without stripping the softener.
4. Does not affect dye uptake, gives deep shades, pure and bright color tones.
5. The diluted solution has excellent stability, no sticking to rollers, no demulsification, no oil spotting; resistant to alkalis and electrolytes.
Emulsification ratio: Silicone Oil HN8686 : Emulsifier = 3–4 parts : 1 part
Emulsification process: Mix the emulsifier and silicone oil evenly, then start the high-shear mixer. Slowly add water to the mixture until completely dissolved. After adding all the water and stirring evenly, filter and discharge.
Recommended Dosage (based on 25% active content)
·Padding process: 25–50 g/L of diluted product
·Exhaustion process: 3–6% (o.w.f.) of diluted product
120 kg or 50 kg plastic drums. Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: six months.
