Application Method

·Exhaustion process: 0.6–3% of HN-2000 diluted solution (diluted 1:3)
·Padding process: 0.6–30 g/L of HN-2000 diluted solution (diluted 1:3)

Silicone oil HN-2000	970 kg
Acid	30 kg

Equipment: 3-ton dispersion kettle with scraper. Under the premise of ensuring safety, set the rotation speed as high as possible.

Process: First add the silicone oil and acid into the reaction kettle, stir thoroughly for about 3 minutes. Add 300 kg of water at once. Then reduce the water flow rate to approximately 100 kg per 10 minutes. Continue stirring for about 40 minutes. After the emulsion becomes uniform and has good fluidity, add the remaining water at once.

·Packaging: 115 kg, 180 kg, or 900 kg plastic drums.
·Storage: Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse. Shelf life: 6 months.
