Reference Process

1. Mainly used for enzyme washing and stone-wash finishing of denim garments.
2. Has a wide temperature and pH range.
3. Will not cause loss of elasticity or blistering during enzyme washing of spandex fabrics.
4. Fast abrasion effect, good surface smoothness, and bright color.
5. Good anti-backstaining performance, high blue-white contrast, and strong three-dimensional effect.
6. Can be used alone or together with pumice stones to achieve a better stone-wash effect.
7. Environmentally friendly – no toxic residues remain on the treated fabric.

1. The dosage of the enzyme and treatment time must be determined by the user according to the requirements of the processing sample.
2. Before adding the enzyme to the production equipment, ensure that the temperature, pH, and other conditions are at the optimal level for enzyme activity.
3. When using together with chemical auxiliaries in the same bath, please use non-ionic chemical auxiliaries as much as possible to avoid reducing enzyme activity.

Packaging & Storage
50 kg paper drum packaging. Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life: 12 months under sealed conditions.
