Acid Reduction Cleaning Powder HN200 is a sulfinic acid derivative used for reduction cleaning of polyester and polyester/cotton blended fabrics, yarns, and after disperse dyeing to remove unfixed dyes from the fabric surface. It can be used for reduction cleaning without draining the dye bath after dyeing, shortening the process flow and achieving good color fastness improvement.

1. Reduces process steps
Excellent reduction cleaning effect under acidic conditions. Can be used directly after dyeing without draining the bath, saving water and eliminating the need for acid neutralization after alkaline reduction cleaning.
2. Effectively removes unfixed dyes from the fabric surface after dyeing
Improves various color fastness and brightness of dyed fabrics without affecting shade.
3. Saves production costs
Compared to traditional alkaline reduction cleaning agents, it is more economical and environmentally friendly, saving a significant amount of chemicals, energy, time, water, electricity, and steam, while also reducing salt and pigment content in wastewater.
4. Reduces Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in wastewater.
5. Safe to use
Acidic reduction cleaning agents do not produce spontaneous combustion or irritating odors when in contact with water (unlike sodium hydrosulfite), contributing to better environmental protection and cleaner production.
Mainly used for reduction cleaning of polyester and its blended fabrics, yarns, and after disperse dyeing.
