This product is a waterborne stiffening agent improved based on polyester polymerization. It is a waterborne, environmentally friendly product featuring low cost, excellent quality, high hardness, no re-tackiness, increased thick hand feel, no re-softening, and prevents yarn shedding and color loss without adverse effects on dyeing and subsequent processing. It is an ideal product for webbing after-treatment and sizing. This product is waterborne and environmentally friendly, free of OPEO, NPEO, benzene, aldehydes, and alcohols. It is harmless, non-toxic, and belongs to the eco-friendly product category.

Mainly used for hardening and setting treatment of fabrics, webbing, curtain tapes, lace tapes, craft textile accessories, and other materials.

1. Before treatment, the fabric must be dry and clean on the surface with no other substances attached before using this product.
2. This product is diluted with clean water at the desired ratio. Customers can adjust the dilution ratio according to the required hardness.
High-temperature drying: Prepare the solution at the required ratio and add to the sizing trough. Adjust the pressure roller of the finishing machine to the appropriate pick-up rate (generally 60–80%).
Air drying: Prepare the solution at the required ratio, soak the product to be set in the solution until thoroughly saturated, then remove, squeeze off excess solution, and air dry.
