Eco-Friendly Weak Cationic Softener Flakes ZF

1. Eco-friendly product, contains no AEEA and no silicone.

2. Imparts good soft, fluffy, and full hand feel to fabrics.

3. Imparts good antistatic properties with low yellowing.

4. Excellent stability against salt, alkali, anionic agents, and hard water.

5. The prepared solution has good fluidity and low foam.

Suitable for hand feel finishing of natural fibers and their blended knitted and woven fabrics.

The 10% slurry is a low-viscosity, low-foam system, especially suitable for dyeing plants.

Preparation Method
·Heating-up method:
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to room-temperature water while stirring. Slowly heat up to 50–60°C with continuous stirring. Stir until completely dissolved into a uniform paste (requires 30–60 minutes). Seal and cool for later use.
·Direct high-temperature method:
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% directly to 50–60°C hot water while stirring. Stir until completely dissolved into a uniform paste (requires 30–60 minutes). Seal and cool for later use.

Application Method
·Padding process:
Dosage: 20–30 g/L (10% slurry). Process: One dip one nip or two dips two nips. Temperature: 30–40°C.
·Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 3–8% (o.w.f.) (10% slurry). Bath ratio: 1:10–15. Temperature: 40–50°C. Time: 30 minutes.

·Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool place. Avoid heavy pressure and moisture to prevent caking.
·Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bag.
