· Good hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, and low yellowing on polyester/cotton.

· Imparts good softness, smoothness, and full hand feel to fabrics.

· Excellent resistance to salt, alkali, and anionic agents.

Preparation Method
1. Heating-up method [This method gives lower viscosity and better fluidity]
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to room-temperature water while stirring. Gradually heat up to 70–75°C with continuous stirring. Stir until completely dissolved into a uniform paste (requires 30–60 minutes). Cool and set aside for use.
2. Direct high-temperature method [This method gives higher viscosity, suitable for applications requiring high viscosity]
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% directly to 70–75°C hot water while stirring. Stir until completely dissolved into a uniform paste (requires 30–60 minutes). Cool and set aside for use.

Application Method
·Padding process: Dosage: 10–30 g/L (10% slurry), temperature: 30–40°C. Process: One dip one nip or two dips two nips.
·Exhaustion process: Dosage: 2–8% (o.w.f.) (10% slurry), temperature: 40–50°C, bath ratio: 1:10–15, time: 30 minutes.

·Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool place.
·Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bag.
