This product is a cationic ultra-soft quick-dissolving softener flake. It can be dissolved in cold water and provides excellent softness and smoothness for cotton and synthetic fiber finishing.

· Provides excellent softness and smoothness for cotton and synthetic fiber finishing.
· Low foam, excellent antistatic properties.

Suitable for various fibers, especially good hand feel on cotton, T/C, and synthetic fibers.

Preparation Method
·Warm method:
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to approximately 30°C water while stirring. Stir for 3–5 minutes to disperse, then let soak for 1–2 hours. Stir at low speed until a uniform paste forms. Set aside for use.
·Direct high-temperature method:
Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to room-temperature water while stirring. Stir for 3–5 minutes, then gradually heat up to 50–60°C. Continue stirring for 30–60 minutes until a uniform paste forms. Cool and set aside for use.

Application Method
·Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 2–8% (o.w.f.) (10% slurry), temperature: 40–50°C, bath ratio: 1:10–15, time: 30 minutes.

·Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool place.
·Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bag.
