· Imparts good vertical fluffiness with low yellowing.
· Imparts good softness and resilience to fabrics.

Very suitable for raising, sanding, and tumbling raising. Also suitable for knitted fabrics such as towels and socks. Excellent for denim and sweater washing.

Preparation Method
·Cold method: Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to approximately 30°C water while stirring. Stir for 3–5 minutes to disperse, then let soak for 1–2 hours. Stir at low speed until a uniform paste forms. Set aside for use.
·Warm method: Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to room-temperature water while stirring. Stir for 3–5 minutes, then gradually heat up to 50–60°C. Continue stirring for 30–60 minutes until a uniform paste forms. Cool and set aside for use.

Application Method
·Padding process:
Dosage: 20–30 g/L (10% slurry), temperature: 30–40°C.
Process: One dip one nip or two dips two nips.
·Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 3–8% (o.w.f.) (10% slurry), temperature: 40–50°C, bath ratio: 1:10–15, time: 30 minutes.

·Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool place.
·Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bag.
◊ Please adjust the compatibility of this product with other auxiliaries and the process according to the fabric type through trial runs.
