1. Imparts very good soft and fluffy hand feel to fabrics.

2. Imparts good softness and elasticity to fabrics.

Suitable for softening of cotton and synthetic fibers, especially excellent for acrylic fabrics.

Preparation Method
Heating-up method: Add the softener flakes at a ratio of 5–10% to room-temperature water while stirring. Stir for 3–5 minutes, then gradually heat up to 75–80°C. Continue stirring until completely dissolved into a uniform paste (requires 30–60 minutes). Cool and set aside for use.

Application Method
·Exhaustion process: Dosage: 2–8% (o.w.f.) (10% slurry).
·Bath ratio: 1:10–15. Temperature: 40–50°C. Time: 30 minutes.

·Shelf life: 12 months. Store in a cool place. Avoid heavy pressure and moisture to prevent caking.
·Packaging: 25 kg plastic woven bag.
